User Interface Designer

You’re artistic, talented and passionate. Maybe you don’t wear big white sunglasses and long Italian silk scarves, but the thought has crossed your mind. You have an eye for detail and are a master of typography, color and layout.Role
- Employ both web and client-based applications to help us create a seamless Web to Mobile experience
- Offer strong creative ideas on UI layout, utilizing the graphic design and prototyping skills necessary to represent these ideas in a visually exciting way
- Employ excellent communication skills, working closely with a variety of departments to bring their ideas to life
Requirements
- 2 years UI design experience and a kick-ass portfolio
- Strong understanding of UI design, web layout principles and usability
- A solid demonstrated mastery of typography, color and layout
- Advanced graphic design skills with Adobe Photoshop or equivalent application
- Awareness of current trends in UI and interactive design
- Ability to observe, understand and translate feedback to actionable insights and user interface improvements
- Ability to manage and act as UI lead on specific projects, including taking ownership of project deadlines and deliverables
Plus
- Strong background in traditional illustration or other artistic mediums
- Strong understanding of or experience with web design technologies such as HTML/CSS, Javascript
