How is Highest Net Worth Town Determined?
Each property value in MyTown is based on the number of check-ins, the level of upgrades, the rate of check-ins, the popularity rating, buying and selling of the property, and real-world factors. Moreover, the Highest Net Worth Town value is equal to the sum of all property values you own plus all cash on hand.
Tips for Reaching the Highest Value Property
- Get to a higher level so you can buy more properties (since total net worth is based on the sum of all owned property values)
- Look for properties that are trending upwards with lots of real-world traffic
- Tell your friends to check-in at your favorite locations to increase their value
- Find properties with high popularity ratings - the best properties are the ones that get the most Check-ins
- Upgrade all your buildings as much as possible to raise their value
- Earn more cash and power-up items by checking-in at other locations
The Prize
Nine national winners will receive a $100 iTunes gift card (Top #2 to #10). A Grand Prize winner will receive a $250 iTunes Gift Card (Top #1).

Any MyTown application user in the United States. A total of 10 winners will be selected on March 3rd, 2010.

1. NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN THIS SWEEPSTAKES: Purchases and/or payments will not increase your chance of winning the Sweepstakes.2. HOW TO ENTER: To enter the Contest, simply download MyTown 2.0 in the Apple App Store and enter a valid email address in the app. There is a limit of one entry per person. Duplicate entries from the same e-mail address will render the entrant ineligible to win. Entrant must provide their email through the MyTown application. The contest begins on Wednesday January 20th at 10:00AM Pacific Time. Building prices for the contest will be frozen at 4:00 PM. Pacific Time, on Wednesday March 3rd, 2010. 2. HOW TO ENTER: To enter the Contest, simply download MyTown 2.0 in the Apple App Store and enter a valid email address in the app. There is a limit of one entry per person. A valid email address must be received by 3:00 PM. Pacific Time, on March 3rd, 2010.
3. ELIGIBILITY: This Contest is open to anyone who has a valid email address at time of entry through completion of the Contest (including the prize and redemption period). Employees and directors of Booyah, Inc. and its respective divisions, affiliates, and subsidiaries, are not eligible to participate in the Contest or to win any prize. Entrant must be a user of the MyTown application during the Contest (including prize and redemption period) and provide us with a valid email through the applicatin in order to win. A valid email address must be received by 3:00 PM. Pacific Time, on March 3rd, 2010. Federal, state and local laws and regulations apply.
4. PRIZES: For MyTown Mogul Contest - A total of 10 prizes will be awarded. Nine national prizes and one grand prize. The national prizes will consist of $100 Apple Store Gift Cards to be given to nine (9) different individuals. The grand prize will consist of one (1) $250 Apple Store Gift Card given to 1 individual. No substitutions or cash redemptions of prizes are permitted. Contest Provider retains the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater retail value. Additional restrictions may apply. For MyTown Mogul Contest - A total of 50 grand prizes will be awarded. Each grand prize will consist of one (1) limited edition MyTown T-Shirt. No substitutions or cash redemptions of prizes are permitted. Contest Provider retains the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater retail value. Additional restrictions may apply.
5. PRIZE DRAWING: For MyTown Mogul Contest- Ten winners will be chosen nationwide. The winners will be decided on or about March 3rd, 2010 based on the total value of their towns. The winners will be decided by the Contest Provider whose decision is final and binding on all aspects of this Contest. The Selected Entrant will be notified by e-mail on or about March 5th, 2010. Failure of the Selected Entrant to respond to notification within seven (7) days after notification may result in disqualification and the selection of another entrant from among all eligible entries received. By entering the contest, each entrant agrees to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Contest Provider. In the event of non-compliance for any reason, including the inability to accept the Prize for any reason, an alternate entrant may be selected. Prior to the winner receiving the iTunes Gift Card, the winner will need to provide their mailing address. All iTunes Gift Cards will be mailed to the mailing address provided by selected winner who responds to Contest Provider's notification. If any or all of the referred individuals do not respond to the Contest Provider within 7 days after being notified, he/she may be ineligible to receive the iTunes Gift Card.
